Holistic East Bay Pediatric Speech Therapy

We take time to get to know each child’s unique interests, strengths, and challenges so therapy feels safe, meaningful, and fun. When children feel connected and understood, they’re more motivated to communicate—and that’s where real progress begins.

At Starling Therapy, we believe in supporting the whole child and their development. Communication is deeply connected to how a child moves, feels, and interacts with the world—so we take a holistic approach that integrates sensory and motor play into therapy sessions. This not only helps build essential language and speech skills, but also supports regulation, engagement, and confidence.

Do you take insurance?
We understand how important insurance coverage is for families. Our practice is actively working toward becoming in-network with major insurance plans. While that process is underway, we are considered out-of-network and can provide detailed documentation (superbills) to support reimbursement.

Where are sessions held?
We offer in-home visits throughout the East Bay or via secure teletherapy.
